- Slip protective jock cup into the JOCK pocket
- Besure jock cup fits completely to the bottom of jock pocket
- Place genitals into cup and push cup to pelvis
- Progressively (lightly at first) tap protective cup to test 100% containment
- Pouch provides the control needed to hold your genitals completely inside cup securely
- Simply remove & wash your protective cup, while underwear is on or off
